  • You are responsible for assessing whether coaching is appropriate for potential clients

  • You will refer clients to appropriate professionals (therapists, medical doctors, etc.) when necessary
  • You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
  • You will not attempt to diagnose or treat mental health conditions
  • You must maintain strict client confidentiality except where legally required to disclose

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
  • You are responsible for your own business licenses, permits, and registrations

  • You will maintain required professional insurance and certifications

Service Delivery

  • You are responsible for all aspects of service delivery to your clients

  • You are responsible for your own expenses, equipment, and business operations
  • You have no authority to bind or represent UpliftPath.net
  • No employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship exists
  • You are not entitled to employee benefits from UpliftPath.net

4.4 Coach Liability and Indemnification

AS A REGISTERED COACH, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO:

  • Accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY for your coaching services
  • INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS UpliftPath.net, its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from ANY AND ALL claims, demands, losses, damages, lawsuits, judgments, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
